Water cutting

With our water jet cutting system, we process components from almost any material. No matter whether conductive or non-conductive metals, plastics or other materials - we cut your components precisely and directly to CAD specifications.

The waterjet cutting is particularly suitable for components with high accuracy for pilot, single and series production. Set-up times are significantly reduced compared to conventional manufacturing processes (e.g. no tool changes, no start holes). The production times and costs of tools are reduced by several times and parts can be manufactured considerably less expensive. Therefore this procedure is indispensable in many areas.

A subsequent marking of the component with our laser is also possible.
